BUN1V 2023 Terms of Service

Commissions:
- payment always upfront thru paypal
- no refunds once I am past the sketch stage. I will send you the sketch/concept for confirmation before proceeding. any major changes must be requested at this stage. once the art is completed I will only allow small details to be altered.
- refund/slot cancellation ok as long as I didnt start yet
-full refund will be issued if I cannot finish the art due to any circumstance
- i do not allow commercial use of my art. only personal use is permitted.
- credit required if uploading onto site that is not toyhouse. (credit opt. on TH!)
- turnaround time can range from 1-3 months as im a fulltime student
- let me know beforehand if you don't want me to post progress pics or the finished comm on my socials

Designs:
- payment can be upfront or hold.
- you may change or edit the design however you see fit. (but do not whitewash ofc) just keep the original one by me somewhere!
- do not upsell my designs unless worth is added from commissioned pieces or from your personal art. otherwise you may resell for how much you bought. please notify me if reselling/giving away charas without a toyhouse!
- any proship/dead dove content using my designs will result in immediate blacklist
